TGA Truck Driving School is proud to announce that we are now a member of the Commercial Vehicle Training Association (CVTA), a national organization dedicated to advancing professionalism,

safety, and quality in commercial driver training. As the trucking industry continues to evolve, professional training providers play a critical role in preparing the next generation of safe and qualified commercial drivers. Becoming a CVTA member reflects TGA’s continued commitment to industry engagement, workforce development, and high-quality CDL training standards.

For more than three decades, TGA Truck Driving School has focused on helping students build pathways into the transportation industry through structured instruction, modern equipment, and employer-connected training opportunities. Joining CVTA aligns with our long-term vision of strengthening training quality while supporting the workforce needs of employers throughout California and beyond.

CVTA membership provides TGA with the opportunity to remain engaged in important industry conversations surrounding:

  • Entry-level driver training standards

  • CDL workforce development

  • Safety and compliance initiatives

  • Industry best practices

  • Transportation career pathways

This milestone also supports our ongoing efforts to build stronger relationships with employers, workforce development agencies, and community partners as we continue expanding access to professional CDL training opportunities.

“At TGA, we believe commercial driver training should open the door to real careers, long-term opportunity, and economic mobility,” said Pablo De Leon of TGA Truck Driving School. “Becoming a member of CVTA reflects our commitment to operational excellence, industry collaboration, and preparing students for success in today’s transportation workforce.”

TGA Truck Driving School currently serves students through its Downey, Torrance, and Lancaster training locations and remains committed to delivering training programs designed around safety, professionalism, and real-world employer expectations.
